Returns

We do not offer returns on pieces once they have been sold. Each garment is made or selected with intention, often specifically for you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are considered in rare and specific circumstances, such as in the case of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item has been delivered.

Should such a situation arise, we request that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear images or an unboxing video to help us understand the concern.

Once reviewed and approved, the piece must be returned in its original, unworn condition. An exchange will then be arranged for the same item or another of equivalent value, depending on availability.

Considerations

Pieces that have been customised, altered, or made to specific measurements are not eligible for exchange. Similarly, variations in colour, texture, or hand-finished details are inherent to the nature of our work and do not constitute defects.
