Orders & Bespoke Requests

Orders may be placed through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Certain pieces are created on a made-to-order basis, and in some cases, may be tailored to your preferences.

Once an order—particularly one involving customisation—has been confirmed, it enters our production process with immediacy and intention. As such, it cannot be cancelled or altered thereafter.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). While we strive for consistency, prices may evolve over time to reflect changes in materials, craftsmanship, or design.

Customisations or bespoke requests may carry an additional charge, which will always be communicated with clarity.

Payments

We accept payments through UPI, bank transfers, and secure payment links. An advance or full payment may be required to initiate the creation of your piece.

Your order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

Fulfilment & Delivery

Each garment moves through a thoughtful process before it reaches you. Timelines vary depending on whether a piece is ready-to-ship or made-to-order, and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, external delays or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery, and creative expressions associated with Anuradha Deb remain the intellectual property of the brand. They are not to be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior permission.

Discretion of Service

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in rare situations involving inaccuracies, unforeseen issues, or concerns regarding the integrity of a transaction.
